Hey there!

Great week this week, got some longer runs in and found a running partner finally! We have committed to getting in 2 long runs each week as we are both at very similar fitness levels. we did a 10k run and were surprised that we both ran much faster together then we did apart, so it was great to see what I am capable of. Still, have a long way to go but slowly and surely I am getting there!
